Michael Oluwagbemi born 21st of September 1984, Graduated Summa Cum Laude from Prairie View A&M University, in Texas USA in Electrical Engineering, and a Master’s Degree in the same subject from University of Houston. He also holds a MBA from Royal Holloway College of the University of London. 
Michael is a Trustee of the Occupational Health, Safety & Empowerment Centre, a non-profit based in Nigeria. He is also a founding member of the Lagos Angel Network's Steering Committee - an angel investor network he helped found in Nigeria. He was elected Chairperson of AfriLabs: the umbrella body of all incubators/accelerators operating in Africa. 
Michael's professional passion is project and business development, for start-ups and established regional players in the Resource, Technology and Infrastructure Sectors of Africa. In 2014, Michael was appointed by the President as a member of the National Content Consultative Forum (NCCF) an advisory organ of the Nigeria Content Development & Monitoring Board for the Petroleum Industry.

Shareefah Abiola Andu also spelt Sherifat) born June 7th, 1962 is a Nigerian Islamic business woman and philanthropist. She is the founder and managing director of Arabel Nigeria. Shareefah was born to a Nigerian family in Kumasi, Ghana. She is the first of two daughters to Late Abdulsallam Ademola Akintola and Hajia Shifau Adebimpe. She is a native of Abeokuta, Ogun State and her mum, a native of Ogbomosho, Oyo state both Western Nigeria. Losing her dad at a young age, she was particularly influenced and trained by her mother. Her mother made sure she imbibed the ‘’I Can’’ spirit into her daughters which inspired her interest into business.
Shareefah is the current president of Owner Manager Programme4 (OMP4), Lagos Business School, Lagos.
