He attended Taba Commercial College in Kaduna State, and then proceeded to Victory College of Commerce in Ilorin to complete his secondary education. He studied Dramatic Arts at Obafemi Awolowo University. He is popularly known as Black Arrow which he gained from a role he played. Segun Arinze who has starred in over 100 movies, kicked off his acting career in Ilorin.
Segun Arinze is the former President of the Actors Guild of Nigeria AGN. He is married to his lovely and beautiful lawyer wife, Julie Arinze, and they are blessed with Children. He was born on the 5th of February 1945 to a very large and prominent family in Ondo town, Southwest of Nigeria. Bintan’s childhood and family had been very instrumental in shaping his decisions, personality and the philosophies which reflect in his outlook in later life. Judging from his very humble beginning at 103, Odosida Street in ondo, the humble son of a cocoa farmer would have had no prescience that several years later, he would grow to become as celebrated and influential as he is today.

Ndubisi Ifeanyi Nwokoma is a Professor and Head of the Department of Economics in the University of Lagos, Nigeria. He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers. Until recently, he worked at the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, as Chief of Financing, Industry and Investment in the Economic Development and NEPAD Division on a Leave of Absence from the University between 2010 and 2012.
He returned to the formal university system when he joined the Department of Economics in the University of Lagos, Lagos, Nigeria in 2001. Currently, he teaches Quantitative Economics, Economic Theory and Financial Markets and Policy. His current research interests include Macro-economic Policy, Econometric Modelling and Money and Capital Markets. He has attended numerous training programmes and conferences within and outside Nigeria and is well published with a good number of recognised publications in local and international journals and book chapters. He is a member of many professional associations including the American Economic Association, African Finance and Economics Association, African Econometrics Society, Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers of Nigeria and Life member of the Nigerian Economic Society.
